What is involved in the surf lessons I offer for beginners?? The simple answer is how to surf! What this really means is that I will instruct you so that by the end of the day you will be able to stand up on a surf board and ride white water waves. Lessons will usually last 2.50 hours and will involve lessons on the beach as well as practice time in waist-deep ocean breaks. It is fundamental to your learning that you understand the rules of surf and the movement of waves so that you can surf within a safe environment and one of my key aims is therefore to ensure that this happens. There will be a maximum of 6 people for each surfing session.

The price of a lesson is 300,000 Indonesia Rupiah (approx. US$30) per person. The price does not include cost of surf board rental. Surf boards can be rented for as little as US$5 a day. I can assist you with this.
